About the Award
The Alltricity Network Emerging Leader Award recognizes individual members with 5 to 10 years of industry experience who have made significant contributions within their organizations and demonstrated strong leadership potential and outstanding service to the electric utility industry.

Nominations Close: January 30, 2026 Supervisors, mentors, or colleagues are encouraged to nominate a candidate from their organization—whether they manage others or are individual contributors—for the Alltricity Network Emerging Leader Award.
Nominations are reviewed, and recipients are selected, by the Alltricity Network Vital Issues Committee. The 2026 awards will be presented at the 2026 Alltricity Network Spring Conference ,
held April 27-29 in Omaha, NE.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidate has BETWEEN 5—10 years experience in the electric utility industry.
Nominee must be from a current Alltricity Network member company.
Candidate must not have previously received an Emerging Leader Award.
Nominator must provide a letter of recommendation from a senior executive of their organization.
