About the Scholarship The Alltricity Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships to qualified students preparing for careers in the electric utility industry through certificate programs and degrees in engineering, business, information systems, plant operations, linework, distribution technology, and other industry-related fields. Award Amounts Awards are offered in two categories:
Eligibility Applicants must be a current high school senior, a high school graduate, or a current university/college undergraduate (freshman, sophomore, or junior). In addition, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

![]() How Recipients are Chosen A selection committee of Alltricity Scholarship Foundation Board Directors reviews all applications and selects recipients based on the following criteria:
Key Scholarship Dates (2027-2028 scholarship cycle) Exact dates announced in October 2026 Scholarship Applications open: Mid-October 2026 Application submission deadline: Late January 2027 Recipients notified: May 2027 Scholarship funds dispersed to recipient's university or college: June-July 2027 Apply for a Scholarship The Alltricity Scholarship Foundation offers three different scholarship applications. Review the descriptions below to determine which application is right for you before beginning your submission. Current High School Seniors
For students who are currently high school seniors and will enroll in a four-year bachelor's degree program for the upcoming academic year.
Enrolling in a certificate or craft program? Use the Craft/Certificate Program Application below. Current Four-Year College Students
For students currently enrolled as a freshman, sophomore, or junior in a four-year college or university.
Previous scholarship recipients should also use this application. Craft/Certificate Program Students
For students currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a craft or certificate program, including lineworker, operations, and other electric utility–related training programs.
Do not use this application if you are attending a two-year college with the intention of transferring to a four-year college to complete a bachelor's degree. Previous scholarship recipients should also use this application. Important:
