 Celebrating Excellence
Alltricity Network's awards program recognizes individuals and organizations that exemplify innovation and excellence in the electric utility industry. Members submit nominations, and the following four awards are conferred annually:
Emerging Leader Award
Honors members with 5-10 years of industry experience who have made significant contributions to their organization and shown strong leadership potential in the electric utility industry. 2027 Emerging Leader Award Nominations open in late April 2026. Nominations close January 29, 2027. Awards are presented at the annual Spring Conference.

The association's highest honor, this award celebrates individuals for their exceptional impact on the electric utility industry, their organization, and advocacy for Alltricity Network's Mission.
