Abby Martin Receives Alltricity Network's 2026 Emerging Leader Award ENGLEWOOD, Colorado — Abby Martin, Technical Manager—Renewables at Ulteig, received the 2026 Emerging Leader Award from Alltricity Network at its 2026 Spring Conference, held April 27-29 in Omaha, NE.The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction. Abby has demonstrated exceptional professional growth, advancing from design engineer to technical manager while consistently delivering strong technical results and leadership impact. She leads a high-performing team focused on Distributed Energy Resources (DER), where her technical depth, clear communication, and steady leadership have earned the trust of clients and colleagues. Beyond her core role, Abby has contributed to key strategic and operational improvements across the organization while helping strengthen workplace culture as Chair of the Culture Committee and a two-time Culture Champion Award recipient.
