Matthew Daniel Receives Alltricity Network's 2026 Emerging Leader Award ENGLEWOOD, Colorado — Matthew Daniel, Mechanical Engineer at Kiewit, received the 2026 Emerging Leader Award from Alltricity Network at its 2026 Spring Conference, held April 27-29 in Omaha, NE.The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction. Matt joined Kiewit as a mechanical engineer and has quickly become a trusted leader on complex projects. His career is defined by his ability to balance design excellence with constructability. He has contributed to feasibility studies, detailed design, and field engineering efforts that require adaptability, responsiveness, creativity, and technical depth. Frequently requested by clients for his reliability, deep facility knowledge, and ability to solve problems under pressure, Matt’s strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through have established him as someone who can always be counted on to deliver results.
