Ashley Jensen Receives Alltricity Network's 2026 Emerging Leader Award ENGLEWOOD, Colorado — Ashley Jensen, Manager of Skills Training, at Salt River Project (SRP), received the 2026 Emerging Leader Award from Alltricity Network at its 2026 Spring Conference, held April 27-29 in Omaha, NE.The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction. Ashley demonstrates exceptional leadership by connecting with field employees and translating their needs into practical solutions that improve processes and day-to-day operations. Her collaborative approach builds trust and engagement, ensuring programs truly support those doing the work. She has played a key role in enhancing SRP’s skills training programs, making them more structured, accessible, and impactful. Her efforts have improved training quality and consistency, strengthening workforce readiness and operational reliability.
