Alisha Manza Receives Alltricity Network's 2026 Emerging Leader Award ENGLEWOOD, Colorado — Alisha Manza, Senior Metering Data Assurance Analyst at Tri-State Generation & Transmission Association, Inc., received the 2026 Emerging Leader Award from Alltricity Network at its 2026 Spring Conference, held April 27-29 in Omaha, NE.The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction. Alisha has demonstrated consistent leadership, progressing to her current role through exceptional performance, ensuring accurate meter data collection and validation to support critical billing processes across a large network. She has played key roles in major system upgrades, most recently serving as Project Manager for an upgrade, where she led cross-functional coordination and kept the project on schedule and within budget. Known for her attention to detail and collaborative approach, Alisha drives process improvements, automation efforts, and is a trusted resource for peers.
