Jessica Forrest Receives Alltricity Network's 2026 Emerging Leader Award ENGLEWOOD, Colorado — Jessica Forrest, Finance & Accounting Director at Delta-Montrose Electric Association (DMEA), was recognized as a 2026 Emerging Leader Award recipient by Alltricity Network at its 2026 Spring Conference, held April 27-29 in Omaha, NE.The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction. Joining DMEA in 2021, Jessica serves as Director of Finance & Accounting, overseeing a team and presenting strategic financial updates to the Board. She is a trusted leader whose impact on DMEA has been meaningful and measurable, driving improvements in data and automation within the finance function, including leveraging meter data to automate unbilled revenue projections and enhance accuracy and efficiency. She has also strengthened financial reporting, streamlined processes, and supported key system and billing transitions while leading her team with clarity, respect, and care.
