Zach Woodfin Receives Alltricity Network's 2026 Emerging Leader Award ENGLEWOOD, Colorado — Zach Woodfin, Senior Supervisor at Copper Roots, Inc., received the 2026 Emerging Leader Award from Alltricity Network at its 2026 Spring Conference, held April 27-29 in Omaha, NE.The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction. Zach is known for his strong judgment, technical expertise, and a people-focused leadership style. Since early in his career, he has earned the confidence of colleagues who naturally turn to him for guidance in complex situations. He builds alignment, trust, and high-performing teams through clarity, fairness, and support. He has a strong technical background in overhead high and extra high voltage transmission line design and has grown into a Senior Supervisor role through his ability to develop others and elevate team performance. Zach is also recognized for mentoring engineers, strengthening recruiting efforts, and establishing training that fosters long-term growth and organizational excellence.
