Bradford Kearbey Receives Alltricity Network's 2026 Emerging Leader Award ENGLEWOOD, Colorado — Bradford Kearbey, Senior Project Engineer at Burns & McDonnell, received the 2026 Emerging Leader Award from Alltricity Network at its 2026 Spring Conference, held April 27-29 in Omaha, NE.The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction. Brad joined Burns & McDonnell in 2017 and has grown into a trusted leader on complex substation projects. He plays a key role in supporting a major utility portfolio, leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects focused on quality, coordination, and system reliability. Known for strengthening execution through improved collaboration and clear decision-making, he also mentors team members and supports their growth. Brad is regularly sought out for his technical expertise and problem-solving, and has helped bring greater structure and consistency to a growing portfolio.
