Carly Ortiz Receives Alltricity Network's 2026 Emerging Leader Award ENGLEWOOD, Colorado — Carly Ortiz, Long-Term Distribution Planning Engineer at Evergy, Inc., received the 2026 Emerging Leader Award from Alltricity Network at its 2026 Spring Conference, held April 27-29 in Omaha, NE.The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction. Carly exemplifies strong leadership through initiative, collaboration, technical excellence, and a commitment to team success. She plays a key role in improving the Front-of-the-Meter interconnection process, bringing structure to a complex, cross-functional area and strengthening communication across stakeholders. A dedicated mentor in the Long-Term Distribution Planning group, Carly helps build interns’ technical skills and confidence. Her positive attitude, reliability, and customer-focused mindset make her a trusted contributor across the organization.
