About the Spring Conference

The Spring Conference delivers top-tier continuing education and exceptional networking for electric utility professionals. Featuring 20+ presentations, the conference dives deep into critical topics across three tracks focused on Generation, Transmission & Distribution, and Management, in addition to two keynote presentations and a senior leadership panel during general sessions.

What we're looking for

We welcome submissions that:

• Share innovative solutions, case studies, project spotlights, and lessons learned.
• Highlight emerging technologies, regulatory updates, or evolving best practices.
• Address leadership, workforce, and culture in the utility industry.
• Provide actionable insights that participants can apply in their own organizations.
