With 20+ member-led sessions spanning generation, transmission, distribution, safety, customer service, human resources, and leadership, attendees can tailor their experience across general sessions and flexible breakout sessions.

» 8:30 a.m. Alltricity Network Golf Outing at The Players Club Omaha  (additional registration required) 

Kick off the 2026 Spring Conference by reconnecting with industry colleagues and friends over a round of golf at Omaha's only 27-hole private club, designed by Arnold Palmer. Golf registration is $175, and you must be registered for Monday Only or the Full Conference to register for the Golf Outing. The registration fee includes green fees, cart, box breakfast, range balls, and winner prizes. The outing will be a four-person scramble format. There will be a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. - please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to start time. When registering, please include the names of the player(s) with whom you would like to be paired. Alltricity Network will do its best to place foursomes accordingly. No handicaps are needed. Appropriate golf attire is required. Mulligans will be available for purchase.  

» 2:30-5:30 p.m. Pre-Conference Workshop: Managing the Next Generation: How to Motivate, Mentor & Recruit Early-Career Talent  (additional registration required) 

Hosted by the Alltricity Network NextGen Committee, enhance your 2026 Spring Conference experience and join us to learn how to engage, mentor, and retain emerging talent. This workshop gives electric utility industry managers and leaders practical strategies to understand next generation motivations, build strong mentorships, and recruit to early-career professionals for long-term success. Member price: Only $100 when bundling with a full 2026 Spring Conference registration!
