All Alltricity Network members are invited to help plan the 2026 Spring Management, Engineering & Operations Conference. By joining the planning session, you can shape an education program that addresses critical issues for your role and company.

This must-attend event for engineering, operations, and management professionals in the electric energy industry features 20+ presentations on generation, transmission, distribution, safety, customer service, HR, and other key topics. Members are encouraged to suggest topics and speakers, with most presentations focusing on technical or engineering subjects, along with discussions on current industry issues.

Who Should Attend

The entire membership is invited to help plan the 2026 Alltricity Network Spring Conference. Each member company is encouraged to send at least one representative to this planning session.

Registration is complimentary and lunch is included for in-person attendees. If attending in-person, please also select the Lunch ticket option during registration to indicate whether you'll join for lunch—this helps us plan accordingly.

 » Assign an Alltricity Network representative to make initial contact and secure a speaker for each agenda item.

The Spring Management, Engineering & Operations Conference Planning Sessions starts with a brainstorming session to create a list of critical issues. Attendees will vote on which topics to include in the Conference agenda. Once the agenda is selected, attendees may volunteer to follow up on a topic by suggesting speakers and making the initial contact to secure the speaker. This is an informal collaborative session.
