3-Part Virtual Workshop: Project Management Essentials

Enhance your Project Management skills with the essentials: Initiation, Execution & Delivery
November 4-6, 2025 | 10:00-11:30 a.m. MST each day | Virtual Workshop via Teams

This immersive 3-part virtual workshop provides participants with a structured approach to managing engineering and technical projects from initiation to completion. Through a combination of three 1.5-hour sessions that include interactive exercises and practical tool demonstrations, attendees will learn to define project scope, align stakeholders, manage resources, ensure quality, and lead teams effectively. By progressing through three key focus areas—strategic planning, technical execution, and communication leadership—participants will leave with actionable frameworks, practical tools, and enhanced leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Day 1: Strategic Project Planning & Scope Management – Establish a solid foundation for project success through clear planning and scope definition.

Day 2: Technical Execution, Resource Management & Quality Control – Ensure technical feasibility, resource alignment, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Day 3: Communication, Leadership & Performance Monitoring – Strengthen leadership, communication, and performance tracking for project success.

Who Should Attend

This workshop is ideal for professionals involved in planning, managing, or supporting projects—especially those looking to strengthen their project management fundamentals or refresh their approach. Anyone responsible for project delivery, scheduling, budgeting, or team coordination will gain valuable tools and insights to support their success.

Continuing Education Credits

Upon completion of the workshop, attendees will receive a continuing education certificate worth 4.5 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) in their online Alltricity Network profile. PDHs may be applied toward recertification credit. Typically, 1.0 PDH is equal to .1 CEU, but that conversion scale should always be confirmed with the certifying body attendees are affiliated with.
