Jeffrey Stephens Receives Alltricity Network's 2025 Emerging Leader Award
CENTENNIAL, Colorado — Jeffrey Stephens, Project Manager II, Xcel Energy, received the 2025 Emerging Leader Award from the Alltricity Network at its 2025 Spring Conference, held May 5–7 in Dallas, TX.

The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction.

As a dedicated and innovative professional, Jeffrey has demonstrated exceptional leadership and commitment to stakeholder engagement. His ability to communicate complicated technical engineering solutions, foster meaningful dialogue, and collaborate among community members, industry representatives, and policymakers has been truly remarkable. Jeffrey has also taken the initiative to immerse himself in a variety of generation technologies, making him a go-to resource for resolving challenging problems or emerging issues within Xcel’s generation fleet in Colorado. The outcome of Jeffrey’s leadership has, and continues to be, a higher percentage of projects that are successful and more broadly supported at the state and local level.
