Jeffrey Stephens Receives Alltricity Network's 2025 Emerging Leader Award CENTENNIAL, Colorado — Jeffrey Stephens, Project Manager II, Xcel Energy, received the 2025 Emerging Leader Award from the Alltricity Network at its 2025 Spring Conference, held May 5–7 in Dallas, TX. The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction.
