Ben Prueter Receives Alltricity Network's 2025 Emerging Leader Award CENTENNIAL, Colorado — Ben Prueter, Project Manager, Kiewit, received the 2025 Emerging Leader Award from the Alltricity Network at its 2025 Spring Conference, held May 5–7 in Dallas, TX. The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction.
Ben has demonstrated remarkable growth within Kiewit, rapidly ascending through the ranks because of his dedication and exceptional leadership skills. Starting as a field engineer in 2015, he has transitioned into roles of increasing responsibility, including estimator, project engineer, and electrical general superintendent. His ability to manage complex projects, cultivate client relations and maintain safety and quality standards has been pivotal to his success. As a project manager, Ben leads multiple high-profile projects and the project management team. Additionally, he is directly responsible for all field-related execution. His team consistently praises his organization, commitment and ability to inspire and maintain high standards.
