Marc Prasse Receives Alltricity Network's 2025 Emerging Leader Award CENTENNIAL, Colorado — Marc Prasse, Engineering Manager, Sargent & Lundy, received the 2025 Emerging Leader Award from the Alltricity Network at its 2025 Spring Conference, held May 5–7 in Dallas, TX. The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction.
Marc joined Sargent & Lundy in 2020 and serves as the lead engineer on projects, everything from feasibility studies to detailed design work. In his role, he is the process owner for various mechanical engineering activities and supervises multiple engineers while mentoring younger staff. Marc has showcased his leadership by effectively managing critical engineering projects, ensuring that teams navigate complex processes successfully. He is known for his diligence, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering products. He actively prepares proposals, conducts technical presentations, and volunteers for corporate initiatives, showcasing his dedication to the engineering profession.
