Wyatt Lauer Receives Alltricity Network's 2025 Emerging Leader Award CENTENNIAL, Colorado — Wyatt Lauer, Sr. Electrical Engineer, Burns & McDonnell, received the 2025 Emerging Leader Award from the Alltricity Network at its 2025 Spring Conference, held May 5–7 in Dallas, TX. The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction.
Specializing in solar energy projects by managing them from initial design through construction and final completion, Wyatt plays a pivotal role in advancing renewable energy solutions that benefit communities. Wyatt values personal connections with both clients and team members, spending a large portion of his time in the field. His hands-on approach helps bridge the gap between planning and execution, maintaining smooth logistics and coordination. His achievements include improving safety and constructability on projects, growing the solar business in the Mountain region, and strengthening client relationships—all underscoring his dedication to driving impactful, sustainable solutions.
