Lyn England Receives Alltricity Network's 2025 Emerging Leader Award CENTENNIAL, Colorado — Lyn England, Project Manager, POWER Engineers, received the 2025 Emerging Leader Award from the Alltricity Network at its 2025 Spring Conference, held May 5–7 in Dallas, TX. The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction.
Lyn joined POWER Engineers as an entry level engineer in 2017. She has engaged in various engineering disciplines within SAS, building a well-rounded technical base that included protective relaying, design studies, and SCADA projects. Lyn has become a trusted advisor for her clients and has worked her way upward to a project suite leader, and recently was promoted to a project manager role. Lyn’s dedication to her teams is evident through her swift development into a lead role, recognizing the support she could provide to others. From successfully onboarding new team members, both internal and external to POWER, to technical process development, Lyn has been instrumental in growing a team of accomplished engineers and leaders to support our nation’s top projects. Congratulations to Lyn and to all nine 2025 Alltricity Network Emerging Leader Award Winners. Thank you for your dedication to the electric utility industry:
