Luis Bonilla Receives Alltricity Network's 2025 Emerging Leader Award CENTENNIAL, Colorado — Luis Bonilla, Senior Manager—Generation Major Projects, Salt River Project (SRP), received the 2025 Emerging Leader Award from the Alltricity Network at its 2025 Spring Conference, held May 5–7 in Dallas, TX. The Emerging Leader Award honors Alltricity Network members with 5–10 years of industry experience who have shown strong leadership potential, made significant contributions to their organizations, and serve the electric utility industry with distinction.
Luis is an excellent engineer and project manager whose achievements have significantly advanced SRP’s initiatives and contributed to the organization’s success. His expertise in designing and specifying large steel structures, drainage systems, and physical security improvements has been key to numerous successful projects. His ability to lead in critical situations and commitment to safety have strengthened both project outcomes and SRP’s reputation. Luis also excels at building strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution.
